The Shamrock Irish topped the host Channing Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Saturday's league outing.

The Irish now have a 6-7 record. They play next when they host Miami for a 1A Region I District 1 outing on Tuesday, September 30. Shamrock will play a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league win over White Deer (White Deer, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 12-6.

With the loss, Channing drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Eagles host Kelton (Wheeler, TX) to confront the Lions in a 1A Region I District 1 game on Saturday, October 4. The Lions go into the game with a record of 12-2. Kelton won 3-0 in their recent league game against Darrouzett (Darrouzett, TX)
