David City Scouts (David City, NE) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Clarkson/Leigh Patriots (Clarkson, NE), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, David City advances its record to 12-6 on the season. The Scouts host Wilber-Clatonia (Wilber, NE) to face the Wolverines in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30. The Wolverines go into the test with a record of 8-14. Wilber-Clatonia won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Sterling (Sterling, NE)

The Patriots now have a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Bergan Catholic for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 30. Clarkson/Leigh will play a Knights team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Elkhorn Valley (Tilden, NE). The Knights record now stands at 17-5.
