Wisconsin High School Volleyball - Columbus Catholic over Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Columbus Catholic Dons (Marshfield, WI) and the host Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln Red Raiders (Wisconsin Rapids, WI), observed Columbus Catholic's volleyball team top Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln by a count of 2-0.

The Dons (20-10) will now prepare for their contest against Greenwood (Greenwood, WI). The Indians enter the Cloverbelt - East contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Greenwood was knocked off by Spencer (Spencer, WI), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Red Raiders battle the Stevens Point Panthers (Stevens Point, WI) in a Wisconsin Valley contest, on Thursday, October 2. Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln will attempt to move on its 5-16 season record. The Panthers go into the battle with a 20-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Mosinee (Mosinee, WI).
