Nebraska High School Volleyball - Columbus over Northwest

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Columbus Discoverers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Northwest Vikings.

The Discoverers (8-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Kearney (Kearney, NE). The Bearcats come into the non-league challenge with a 7-7 record. In their last challenge, Kearney beat Grand Island (Grand Island, NE), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Vikings meet the Elkhorn Antlers (Elkhorn, NE) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 27. Northwest will attempt to advance on its 12-6 season record. The Antlers go into the test with a 9-7 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Douglas County West (Valley, NE).
