In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Prairie Pirates volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Colville Crimson Hawks.
The Pirates (5-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Kendrick (Kendrick, ID). The Tigers come into the 2A Whitepine challenge with a 1-9 record. In their last challenge, Kendrick went down by Troy (Troy, ID), 3-0, in a league test.
The Crimson Hawks now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tonasket for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30. Colville will play a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Manson (Manson, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 6-2.
