Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Crown Point Bulldogs (Crown Point, IN) and the visiting Homestead Spartans (Fort Wayne, IN), observed Crown Point's volleyball team top Homestead by a count of 2-0.

With the win, Crown Point improves its record to 23-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host Chesterton (Chesterton, IN) to encounter the Trojans in a Duneland battle on Tuesday, September 30. The Trojans go into the battle with a record of 24-3. Chesterton won 2-0 in their recent league battle against Valparaiso (Valparaiso, IN)

The Spartans now own a 15-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Wayne South Side for a non-league battle on Monday, September 29. Homestead will encounter a Archers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Fort Wayne Wayne (Fort Wayne, IN). The Archers record now stands at 0-13.
