Nebraska High School Volleyball - Johnson County Central over Douglas County West

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Johnson County Central Thunderbirds volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Douglas County West Falcon.

The Thunderbirds (15-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Louisville (Louisville, NE). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, Louisville gained a win over Auburn (Auburn, NE), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Falcon now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Calhoun for a C1 District 6 test on Tuesday, September 30. Douglas County West will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Schuyler (Schuyler, NE). The Pioneers record now stands at 14-4.
