Dufur Rangers (Dufur, OR) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Nixyaawii Community Eagles (Pendleton, OR), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Dufur upgrades its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to South Wasco County (Maupin, OR) to meet the Redsides in a 1A Big Sky challenge on Tuesday, September 30. The Redsides come into the challenge with a record of 11-5. South Wasco County won 3-0 in their recent league test against Sherman (Moro, OR)

The Eagles now sport a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Griswold for a 1A Old Oregon test on Monday, September 29. Nixyaawii Community will face a Grizzlies squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Condon (Condon, OR). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-13.
