In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Harbor Light Christian Swordsmen volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Engadine Eagles.

The Swordsmen (5-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Mackinaw City (Mackinaw City, MI). The Comets enter the Freelance challenge with a 7-7 record. In their last challenge, Mackinaw City beat Boyne Falls (Boyne Falls, MI), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Mid Peninsula Wolverines (Rock, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Engadine will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 3-1 league loss to Big Bay de Noc (Cooks, MI).
