The Statesboro Blue Devils volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Forsyth Central Bulldogs to 1 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Blue Devils now have a 24-12 record. They play next when they travel to White County for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 27. Statesboro will confront a Warriors squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 11-15.

The Bulldogs (13-19) will now prepare for their game against Seckinger (Buford, GA). The Jaguars go into the non-league game with a 16-11 record. In their last game, Seckinger was edged by Roswell (Roswell, GA), 3-1, in a league game.
