The Glendale Pirates volleyball squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Glide Wildcats to 1 in the Pirates non-league win on Saturday.
Next up, the Pirates confront the Rogue Valley Adventist Red Tail Hawks (Medford, OR) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 30. Glendale will attempt to advance on its 8-6 season record.
The Wildcats (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Coquille (Coquille, OR). The Red Devils go into the 3A Far West game with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Coquille nipped Siuslaw (Florence, OR), 3-1, in a league outing.
