The Shelby Valley Wildcats topped the visiting Harlan County Black Bears volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Wildcats play the Leslie County Eagles (Hyden, KY) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 27. Shelby Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 23-4 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 17-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Breathitt County (Jackson, KY).

With the loss, Harlan County moves to 10-7 on the season. The Black bears travel to Estill County (Irvine, KY) to confront the Engineers in a non-league game on Saturday, September 27. The Engineers go into the game with a record of 4-16. Estill County lost 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY)
