The Rowan County Vikings prevailed the host Harrison County Thorobreds/Fillies volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Vikings now possess a 19-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lexington Christian for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 27. Rowan County will play a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Western Hills (Frankfort, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 7-9.

With the loss, Harrison County drops to 10-9 on the campaign. The Thorobreds/fillies host Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY) to play the Black Devils in a District 38 outing on Monday, September 29. The Black Devils come into the outing with a record of 4-13. Robertson County won 3-2 in their recent league outing against Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY)
