In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Hersey Huskies volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lake Forest Scouts.

The Huskies (10-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Naperville North (Naperville, IL). The Huskies come into the non-league test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Naperville North gained a win over Naperville Central (Naperville, IL), 2-0, in a league test.

The Scouts now sport a 5-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Loyola Academy for a non-league test on Monday, September 29. Lake Forest will play a Ramblers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Joliet West (Joliet, IL). The Ramblers record now stands at 14-8.
