Salt Fork Storm (Sidell, IL) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Hutsonville/Palestine Tigers (Palestine, IL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Storm (8-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley (Gibson City, IL). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 5-9 record. In their last challenge, Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley lost by Flanagan-Cornell (Flanagan, IL), 2-1, in a league challenge.

The Tigers (7-15) will now prepare for their game against Lawrenceville (Lawrenceville, IL). The Indians go into the non-league game with a 8-11 record. In their last game, Lawrenceville went down by Newton (Newton, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
