North Carolina High School Volleyball - Polk County Kings Mountain

The Kings Mountain Mountaineers topped the visiting Polk County Wolverines volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Mountaineers face the Ayden - Grifton Chargers (Ayden, NC) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 27. Kings Mountain will attempt to advance on its 24-1 season record. The Chargers go into the game with a 13-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Kinston (Kinston, NC).

The Wolverines (10-9) will now prepare for their game against Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Raptors come into the non-league outing with a 15-7 record. In their last outing, Mountain Island Charter defeated Carolina International (Concord, NC), 3-0, in a league outing.
