Missouri High School Volleyball - Lafayette County over Versailles

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Lafayette County Huskers (Higginsville, MO) and the host Versailles Tigers (Versailles, MO), saw Lafayette County's volleyball squad notch a victory over Versailles by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Lafayette County improves its record to 16-1 on the season. The Huskers travel to Smith-Cotton (Sedalia, MO) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 27. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 7-9. Smith-Cotton lost 3-2 in their recent non-league battle against Hallsville (Hallsville, MO)

The Tigers now own a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stover for a non-league contest on Monday, September 29. Versailles will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 1-1 non-league Northland Christian (Kansas City, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-5.
