The St. Catherine of Siena Academy Athletes topped the host Laker Lakers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Athletes confront the Gabriel Richard Fighting Irish (Ann Arbor, MI) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, October 1. St. Catherine of Siena Academy will attempt to advance on its 12-8 season record. The Fighting Irish go into the game with a 12-5 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Notre Dame Prep (Pontiac, MI).

The Lakers (11-12) will now prepare for their game against Caro (Caro, MI). The Tigers come into the Greater Thumb - West outing with a 0-9 record. In their last outing, Caro was topped by Calvary Baptist Academy (Midland, MI), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
