Ohio High School Volleyball - Riverdale can't hold off Lima Central Catholic

In Saturday's non-league match, the Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds (Lima, OH) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Riverdale Falcons (Mt. Blanchard, OH), by a final score of 2-1.

The Thunderbirds now possess a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to Columbus Grove for a Northwest bout on Tuesday, September 30. Lima Central Catholic will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Allen East (Harrod, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-8.

With the loss, Riverdale drops to 9-8 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Ada (Ada, OH) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Blanchard Valley bout on Monday, September 29. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 10-5. Ada lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Van Buren (Van Buren, OH)
