In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting New Rockford-Sheyenne Rockets volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Midway/Minto Mustangs.

With the win, New Rockford-Sheyenne advances its record to 10-1 on the season. The Rockets travel to Turtle Mountain (Belcourt, ND) to face the Braves in a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. The Braves go into the test with a record of 1-1.

The Mustangs now sport a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cavalier for a B - Region 2 outing on Tuesday, September 30. Midway/Minto will play a Tornadoes team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Griggs County Central/Midkota (Cooperstown, ND). The Tornadoes record now stands at 5-3.
