California High School Volleyball - Poly can't get by Schurr

The Schurr Spartans edged the visiting Poly Parrots volleyball squad by a margin of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Spartans now possess a 9-17 record. They play next when they travel to San Gabriel for a Almont outing on Tuesday, September 30. Schurr will play a Matadors team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Taft (Woodland Hills, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 18-6.
With the loss, Poly falls to 7-11 on the year. The Parrots host Grant (Van Nuys, CA) to confront the Lancers in a East Valley game on Monday, September 29. The Lancers enter the game with a record of 17-4. Grant won 1-0 in their recent non-league game against Maywood CES (Maywood, CA)
