Nebraska High School Volleyball - Sandy Creek over Sterling

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Sandy Creek Cougars volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Sterling Jets.

The Cougars (12-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Palmyra (Palmyra, NE). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 2-9 record. In their last challenge, Palmyra was beaten by Auburn (Auburn, NE), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Jets meet the Wilber-Clatonia Wolverines (Wilber, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 27. Sterling will attempt to upgrade on its 0-14 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Centennial (Utica, NE).
