The Fairview Yellowjackets soccer team scored 9 points and limited the visiting LEAD Academy Panthers to 0 in the Yellowjackets non-league victory on Wednesday.
Next, the Yellowjackets face the Marshall County Tigers (Lewisburg, TN) in a non-league contest, on Monday, October 3. Fairview will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 1-14 record after their 9-0 league loss to Lincoln County (Fayetteville, TN).
With the loss, LEAD Academy drops to 5-8 on the season. The Panthers travel to Overton (Nashville, TN) to meet the Bobcats in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 4.
