In Wednesday's league battle, the host Normandy Invaders soccer squad scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Parma Redmen.

The Invaders (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Steele (Amherst, OH). The Comets come into the non-league battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Steele was overwhelmed by Olmsted Falls (Olmsted Falls, OH), 2-0, in a league battle.

The Redmen (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against Valley Forge (Parma Heights, OH). The Patriots come into the Great Lakes battle with a 3-6 record.
