Georgia High School Softball - Lamar County edged by Georgia Military College

The Lamar County Trojans softball team (Barnesville, GA), was tipped 7-6 in Wednesday's non-league test with the visiting Georgia Military College Bulldogs (Milledgeville, GA)

Coming up next, the Bulldogs encounter the Glascock County Panthers (Gibson, GA) in a 1A D-II Region 5 test, on Thursday, September 29. Georgia Military College will attempt to improve on its 10-3 season record. The Panthers enter the test with a 12-4 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Briarwood Academy (Warrenton, GA).

The Trojans (7-8) will now prepare for their test against Spalding (Griffin, GA). The Jaguars enter the non-league test with a 5-10 record. In their last test, Spalding was tipped by Union Grove (McDonough, GA), 12-0, in a non-league test.
