The Granite City Warriors topped the visiting Cahokia Comanches volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Warriors now have a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alton for a non-league test on Monday, October 3. Granite City will confront a Redbirds team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Lutheran North (St. Louis, MO). The Redbirds record now stands at 10-11.
The Comanches (5-10) will now prepare for their test against Dupo (Dupo, IL). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 2-12 record. In their last test, Dupo gained a win over First Baptist Academy (O'Fallon, IL), 2-1, in a non-league test.
