The Gabriel Richard Fighting Irish volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Cranbrook Kingswood Cranes to 0 in the Fighting Irish non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Fighting Irish now have a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mercy for a Detroit Catholic game on Wednesday, October 5. Gabriel Richard will meet a Marlins team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Marian (Bloomfield Hills, MI). The Marlins record now stands at 21-5.

The Cranes (2-4) will now prepare for their game against St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI). The Eaglets enter the game with a 14-5 record.
