The Woodland Warriors volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Peoria Heights Patriots to 0 in the Warriors non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Warriors now possess a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Henry-Senachwine for a Tri-County game on Thursday, September 29. Woodland will meet a Mallards team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to ROWVA/Williamsfield (Oneida, IL). The Mallards record now stands at 11-9.

The Patriots (4-14) will now prepare for their game against Peoria Christian (Peoria, IL). The Chargers enter the Inter County game with a 6-11 record. In their last game, Peoria Christian was dropped by Princeville (Princeville, IL), 2-1, in a non-league game.
