Utah High School Football - Fremont routed by Syracuse

September 28, 2023: Syracuse, UT 84075

In Thursday's league game, the Syracuse Titans (Syracuse, UT) football team smashed the visiting Fremont Silverwolves (Plain City, UT), by a score of 42-7.

The Titans (6-2) will now prepare for their game against Layton (Layton, UT). The Lancers come into the 6A Region 1 game with a 0-7 record. In their last game, Layton was ripped by Davis (Kaysville, UT), 31-21, in a league game.

The Silverwolves now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Weber for a 6A Region 1 game on Thursday, October 5. Fremont will meet a Warriors team coming off a 30-27 league win over Farmington (Farmington, UT). The Warriors record now stands at 4-4.

Congratulations to #3 Shaun Blanton (overall), #5 Jake Hopkins (offensive), #1 Preston Haney (defensive) and #82 Tanner Perrone (special teams) for being selected the Syracuse Football Players of the Game.
