Rouse Raiders (Leander, TX) fans left the game content Thursday as they saw their football team nip the host Pflugerville Connally Cougars (Austin, TX), 36-34 in a league test.

With the triumph, Rouse improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Raiders host Belton (Belton, TX) to battle the Tigers in a 5A-2 Region III District 11 test on Friday, October 6. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 6-0. Belton won 45-16 in their recent league test against Elgin (Elgin, TX)

With the loss, Pflugerville Connally drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Belton (Belton, TX) to battle the Tigers in a 5A-2 Region III District 11 test on Friday, October 13. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 6-0.
