Spring Mountain Eagles (Las Vegas, NV) fans left the game satisfied Thursday as they observed their football team nudge the visiting Round Mountain Knights (Round Mountain, NV), 34-30 in a league test.

With the win, Spring Mountain improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Tonopah (Tonopah, NV) to confront the Muckers in a 1A Central (8 Man) test on Friday, October 6. The Muckers go into the test with a record of 4-2. Tonopah won 70-8 in their recent league test against Beatty (Beatty, NV)

With the loss, Round Mountain moves to 2-2 on the season. The Knights host Virginia City (Virginia City, NV) to confront the Muckers in a non-league test on Saturday, October 7. The Muckers go into the test with a record of 6-0. Virginia City won 42-6 in their recent non-league test against Sierra Lutheran (Carson City, NV)
