In Thursday's league game, the Maeser Prep Academy Lions (Lindon, UT) soccer squad overwhelmed the visiting American Leadership Academy Eagles (Spanish Fork, UT), by a final score of 9-1.
The Eagles (2-9) will now prepare for their game against American Heritage (American Fork, UT). The Patriots go into the 2A Region 17 game with a 8-5 record. In their last game, American Heritage was overwhelmed by Waterford (Sandy, UT), 4-1, in a league game.
