The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Hill-Murray Pioneers (Maplewood, MN) and the host Two Rivers Warriors (Mendota Heights, MN), saw Hill-Murray's soccer squad get by Two Rivers by a margin of 1-0.
The Pioneers now sport a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Cretin-Derham Hall for a non-league test on Saturday, September 30. Hill-Murray will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 5-1 league loss to East Ridge (Woodbury, MN). The Raiders record now stands at 5-7.
With the loss, Two Rivers drops to 8-3 on the season. The Warriors host Burnsville (Burnsville, MN) to meet the Blaze in a Class AA Section 3 test on Saturday, September 30. The Blaze come into the test with a record of 0-13. Burnsville lost 6-0 in their recent league test against Eagan (Eagan, MN)
