The Jay County Patriots smashed the host Muncie Central Bearcats soccer squad by a margin of 8-0 in Thursday's non-league match.

The Patriots now sport a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Hamilton Heights for a non-league match on Tuesday, October 3. Jay County will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 0-0 non-league Pendleton Heights (Pendleton, IN). The Huskies record now stands at 9-4.
