In Thursday's non-league game, the East Davidson Golden Eagles (Thomasville, NC) football team tipped the host North Rowan Cavaliers (Spencer, NC), by a score of 42-38.
The Golden Eagles (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Salisbury (Salisbury, NC). The Hornets come into the non-league game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, Salisbury got by South Davidson (Denton, NC), 29-6, in a non-league game.
The Cavaliers now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Davidson for a non-league game on Thursday, October 12.
