The Southwest Onslow Stallions (Jacksonville, NC) football routed the host Kinston Vikings (Kinston, NC), 60-12 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Stallions face the South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 5. Southwest Onslow will attempt to advance on its 5-1 season record. The Blue Devils enter the bout with a 2-3 record after their 44-6 non-league loss to Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC).
The Vikings (3-4) will now prepare for their bout against James Kenan (Warsaw, NC). The Tigers enter the non-league bout with a 5-0 record. In their last bout, James Kenan walloped Whiteville (Whiteville, NC), 58-28, in a non-league bout.
