The Spring Creek Spartans (Spring Creek, NV) football defeated the visiting South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA), 30-6 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 6. Spring Creek will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Greenwave enter the bout with a 5-1 record after their 28-7 non-league win over Fernley (Fernley, NV).
The Vikings (0-6) will now prepare for their bout against Sparks (Sparks, NV). The Railroaders enter the non-league bout with a 0-7 record. In their last bout, Sparks was toppled by Elko (Elko, NV), 48-0, in a non-league bout.
