In Thursday's league game, the Arapahoe Warriors (Centennial, CO) soccer squad tipped the visiting Cherry Creek Bruins (Greenwood Village, CO), by a final score of 3-2.
The Warriors (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Grandview (Aurora, CO). The Wolves enter the 5A/4A Centennial challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Grandview was edged by Cherokee Trail (Aurora, CO), 2-0, in a league challenge.
The Bruins now possess a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Mullen for a 5A/4A Centennial challenge on Tuesday, October 3. Cherry Creek will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Overland (Aurora, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-2.
