Holy Family Tigers (Broomfield, CO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Greeley West Spartans (Greeley, CO), 9-0 in a league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 20-1 record. They take the field next when they host Longmont for a 4A NCAA challenge on Tuesday, October 3. Holy Family will battle a Trojans squad coming off a 14-10 non-league loss to Pomona (Arvada, CO). The Trojans record now stands at 10-11.

With the loss, Greeley West falls to 15-5 on the campaign. The Spartans host Chaparral (Parker, CO) to battle the Wolverines in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 30. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a record of 7-11. Chaparral lost 15-10 in their recent league challenge against Douglas County (Castle Rock, CO)
