The Viborg/Hurley Cougars volleyball team (Viborg, SD), went down 3-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Baltic Bulldogs (Baltic, SD)
The Bulldogs (15-4) will now prepare for their challenge against McCook Central/Montrose (Salem, SD). The Fighting Cougars come into the A Region 3 challenge with a 4-14 record. In their last challenge, McCook Central/Montrose went down by Tri-Valley (Colton, SD), 3-2, in a league challenge.
Next, the Cougars encounter the Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies (Elk Point, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. Viborg/Hurley will attempt to move on its 3-13 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 11-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Sioux Falls Christian (Sioux Falls, SD).
