Minnesota High School Volleyball - Orono edged by Benilde-St. Margaret's

The Benilde-St. Margaret's Red Knights held off the visiting Orono Spartans volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.
The Red Knights now have a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Delano for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 3. Benilde-St. Margaret's will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Southwest Christian (Chaska, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 16-1.
The Spartans (3-12) will now prepare for their test against Mound-Westonka (Mound, MN). The White Hawks enter the non-league test with a 13-4 record. In their last test, Mound-Westonka held off Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN), 3-0, in a league test.
