The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Brookstone Cougars (Columbus, GA) and the host Troup County Tigers (LaGrange, GA), saw Brookstone's volleyball squad beat Troup County by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Brookstone upgrades its record to 17-18 on the year. The Cougars travel to Northside (Columbus, GA) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 28. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 12-18. Northside won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Russell County (Seale, AL)

The Tigers now own a 15-16 record.
