Missouri High School Volleyball - Liberty tips Houston

September 28, 2023: Mountain View, MO 65548

The Liberty Eagles (Mountain View, MO) volleyball nudged the visiting Houston Tigers (Houston, MO), 3-2 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Liberty upgrades its record to 10-8 on the year. The Eagles travel to Poplar Bluff (Poplar Bluff, MO) to face the Mules in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 3. The Mules go into the outing with a record of 8-9. Poplar Bluff won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Doniphan (Doniphan, MO)

The Tigers now own a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to Thayer for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 30. Houston will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Salem (Salem, MO). The Bobcats record now stands at 12-7.
