Indiana High School Volleyball - Shakamak overwhelmed by Linton-Stockton

In Thursday's league battle, the host Linton-Stockton Miners volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Shakamak Lakers.

The Miners (23-4) will now prepare for their battle against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, IN). The Cardinals come into the Southwestern Indiana battle with a 5-22 record. In their last battle, Bloomfield lost by Shoals (Shoals, IN), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Lakers encounter the Clay City Eels (Clay City, IN) in a Southwestern Indiana battle, on Monday, October 2. Shakamak will attempt to advance on its 14-9 season record. The Eels come into the battle with a 7-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Mooresville (Mooresville, IN).
