Nebraska High School Volleyball - Sandy Creek Minden

The Minden Whippets topped the host Sandy Creek Cougars volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Whippets now have a 23-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Smith Center for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 3. Minden will confront a Redmen team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Concordia (Concordia, KS). The Redmen record now stands at 24-3.

The Cougars (7-13) will now prepare for their test against Deshler (Deshler, NE). The Dragons enter the D1 District 5 test with a 13-3 record. In their last test, Deshler gained a win over Shelton (Shelton, NE), 3-0, in a non-league test.
