New Berlin will attempt to better on its 11-7 season record. The Cougars come into the contest with a 7-14 record after their 2-1 league loss to Routt Catholic (Jacksonville, IL).

With the loss, Riverton drops to 5-7 on the campaign. The Hawks host Taylorville (Taylorville, IL) to battle the Tornadoes in a non-league contest on Friday, September 29.
