The Plainville Cardinals volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Western Plains Bobcats to 0 in the Cardinals non-league victory on Thursday.

The Cardinals now possess a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Quinter for a non-league game on Saturday, September 30. Plainville will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Logan/Palco (Logan, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-10.

The Bobcats (3-10) will now prepare for their game against Natoma (Natoma, KS). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 1-18 record. In their last game, Natoma was dropped by Thunder Ridge (Kensington, KS), 2-0, in a non-league game.
