South Carolina High School Football - A.C. Flora nudges York

September 28, 2024: Columbia, SC 29204

In Saturday's league match, the host A.C. Flora Falcons football squad scored a close 28-21 victory over the York Cougars.

The Falcons (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Lancaster (Lancaster, SC). The Bruins enter the AAAA Region 3 match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Lancaster was nudged by Richland Northeast (Columbia, SC), 19-6, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Cougars confront the South Pointe Stallions (Rock Hill, SC) in a AAAA Region 3 match, on Friday, October 11. York will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
