The Holy Cross Crusaders felled the host Holy Redeemer Royals football team by a score of 34-10 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Crusaders face the Riverside Vikings (Taylor, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 5. Holy Cross will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Vikings go into the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 34-26 non-league win over Susquehanna (Susquehanna, PA).

The Royals (0-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Montrose (Montrose, PA). The Meteors go into the Freelance challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Montrose lost by Carbondale Area (Carbondale, PA), 43-6, in a non-league challenge.
