The Holy Cross Crusaders walloped the host Kennedy Eagles football team by a score of 35-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Crusaders face the Seymour Wildcats (Seymour, CT) in a Naugatuck Valley - Copper challenge, on Friday, October 4. Holy Cross will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Oxford (Oxford, CT).
The Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Oxford (Oxford, CT). The Wolverines enter the Naugatuck Valley - Brass challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Oxford was ripped by Seymour (Seymour, CT), 7-0, in a non-league challenge.
